QUIET SETTING. CREATIVE THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES.

Golf events come with their own creative challenge — the atmosphere is quieter and more reserved, the aesthetic more uniform, and capturing genuine diversity and energy requires more intentionality behind the lens.

Rather than fight the setting, we leaned into it. The PGA Championship is already a high-end event, so I steered the creative into a direction that matched, positioning Club Magenta as the most elevated way to experience it.

On-site, I oversaw a team of two videographers and one photographer, then worked with an editor through post to bring it all together. It was our smoothest shoot to date and the assets came out exactly as envisioned. We even wrapped early!

DRIVER EVOLUTION

The “driver” is a standard asset that our team creates across all T-Mobile sponsored events, but this time I was tasked with transforming it from a static asset with a motion backplate into a full-blown motion graphic. The goal was two-fold: deliver event information in a way that actually sticks, and make the asset impossible to scroll past.

On the left is an example of the original driver look and feel, and on the right is the evolved version I created.
